A study done at Cornell University found "that life's stressful events appear not to cause as much psychological distress in children who live in high-nature conditions compared with children who live in low-nature conditions" (Last Child in the Woods, Saving Our Children from Nature Deficit Disorder, by Richard Louv) We realize that today's busy Bay Area lifestyle doesn't always leave the time we wish for getting our families outside. We're here to help get your children outdoors in a meaningful way.

Come join our crew of experienced nature educators as we adventure out to our extended backyard playing games and learning about wildlife. This course is a fun learning experience for adults and kids alike.
