Custom Outdoor School Programs

I was blown away by what our class accomplished. The instructors set high expectations and then helped my students rise to the occasion. From blacksmithing to survival skills, we did so much this week... The instructors were real with my students while also being completely professional. That's a balance you don't see very often.8th grade teacher

There is no other Outdoor School like Trackers Outdoor School. We build upon your school or class's curriculum in environmental sciences, history, anthropology, traditional living, nature connection and more. We offer both day or overnight programs with flexible schedules.  Programs can be one-time-only, annually recurring, seasonal, or even monthly.  We work with your school on your schedule!

Day Programs

You and your students join us at any one of our sites, your own field study area or even for an exploration of your own school grounds. Trackers educators and field specialists take you through curriculum that we design with you. Please see below for a list of topics.

Overnight Adventures

Whether at our own site or one of your choosing, Trackers offers overnight adventures like no other educational program. Our standards of safety and the collective skills of our staff far exceed conventional environmental education.  We do more than simply teach about natural sciences and traditional life skills, we create a culture of learning and immersion you and students will never forget.

Early Childhood and Preschool Options

At Trackers, we have a special passion for introducing very young children to the outdoors. The immersive quality of being in nature is particularly well-suited to how preschool aged children learn and play. With activities especially designed for preschoolers, we build lasting connections with nature.  Because consistency is so important for young children, we have a limited number of slots for monthly or weekly morning sessions. These can take place on your school grounds investigating the natural world in your neighborhood, or we can meet you and your students at a nearby park.
