Outdoor Cooking

We begin with the most efficient cooking fire structures and create a variety of baked goods, meats, and vegetable treats! We using cast iron, direct coal cooking, and spit roasting techniques, and more.

Single day: 10 AM - 4 PM. A free shuttle runs from our Berkeley Headquarters prior to class start time. Details sent after registration.

Weekend Overnight: Shuttle leaves from our Berkeley Headquarters 5 PM Friday and returns by 4 PM Sunday.
