Required Experience, Attributes & Physical Demands
Maintains high professional standards
Ability to set and communicate boundaries for youth in a positive way
Ability to think on your feet and be creative in challenging situations
CPR/First Aid certified (or ability to complete before position begins)
Food handlers certified (or ability to complete before position begins)
State fishing license (if working with programs that fish)
WFR certification and California CDL (class C, B, or A) for vans is required for Adventure Overnight position
Ability to continuously stand, frequently walk/hike backcountry terrain, bend, squat, climb stairs/hills and lift up to 30 lbs
18 years of age or older (or completed high school if under 18) for any position EXCEPT Teen internship
Pre-employment checks: criminal background, reference, requirements in MVR Policy, Alcohol/Drug Test for drivers
Work Sites: Employees will be asked to report daily to one of our Bay Area work sites.
OPTIONAL Bonus Pay Given
For Commercial Drivers License for large school buses. Or if you possess the driving talent to help you learn.
