The Trackers Journey
Our curriculum follows the Trackers Journey, where Trackers Teams come together to embark on epic adventures, learning team skills of independence, grit, and self-direction. No matter the length of the camp—from one day to one hundred—here's how our story unfolds:
- Maximum Inspiration: Trackers Teams meet their mentor, coming together on a journey of discovery, peak adventure, and fantastic fun.
- World Building: Teams cross-train in cohorts, increasing the depth of skills and adventuring further into our immersive stories.
- Epic Challenge: Our mentors step back, empowering teams to run the camp, fostering greater independence, duty, and caretaking.
- Boss Level: Teams step up in their quest for self-direction. As a rite of passage, they master collaboration, responsibility, and leadership.
